1. Programs purpose

This program packages consists of GenPatch which is
for the making of patchfiles and DoPatch which is for
applying those patchfiles.

It's available for DOS/Windows3.1, Windows 95/NT, OS/2
and Linux.

2. Installation

Very easy. Simply extract the archive and include the
directory in your path.

3. Status

The program is shareware, but free for non-commercial
usage. Note that patching shareware is commercial and
only allowed for the authors themselves. Please refer
to the licence found in Readme.HTM

4. Distribution

Please spread the program as far as you can. It's free
for non-commercial, but maybe you'd like to support me
in that. Please don't change anything in it without
asking me.

BinPatch is under rapid development. Check out its'
homepage http://binpatch.home.ml.org for the newest
version.
